He earned a bachelor’s degree in Government Science at the University of Timor-Timur in 1988 with a study program in Government Science. I also have a master’s degree from the University of Gajayana Malang (UNIGA) with a Master of Management study program. He continued his doctoral studies and received his Doctorate from the State University of Malang with a study program in Learning Technology. Since 2010, he has been the Rector of Instituto Superior until now. He worked at Instituto Superior Cristal as director of administration, academics, and student affairs from 2003 to 2006 and as Vice Rector for Administration and finance from 2007 to 2009.
